You need a passport if you would like to travel abroad.
A passport may be a document issued by a national government for international travel and it certifies the identity and position of the holder.
You must have a South African identity document to use for a passport, or if you’re a toddler, a certification.
If you’re move on official government business, you will apply for a politician passport. Diplomats get a diplomatic passport.
