About this opportunity!
We are now looking for a customer networks CTO who will lead Network solutions pre-sales for a regional customer within Africa. You will drive Networks engagements by providing extensive experience and knowledge on radio and transmission solutions in discussions with customer group CTO level.
You are accountable for customer centric, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimized offerings of Network solutions within the context of the best network’s performance. We expect you also to share and coordinate with the Account team and the market area teams to use all network competence in the region. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of alignment with Ericsson technical, sales & commercial team.
You are also encouraged to strengthen assigned account(s) by supporting KAM’s in direct customer dialogues, providing experience and knowledge of Ericsson technology and offerings. You will drive and support the different Opcos in developing network evolution plans to improve business performance, initiate, and drive programs and dialogues building on existing business!
What You Will Do
You are overall responsible for the account Networks solutions (Radio & Transmission) quality and competitiveness.
Technology advisor to KAM and Customer CTO
Drive network evolution plan
Define account Network solution strategy development
Sourcing interface for network solution related products
Follow-up on technical matters post sales
Account HW forecast
Drive customer engagement plan including Workshops / trials /audits
Act as the Customer Solution Responsible (CSR) for main opportunities
Drive network self-modernization strategy
Drive SW sales
Drive Customer value argumentation.
Drive Network performance improvement
You will bring
Education: University degree in Business or Engineering, Master’s degree would be advantageous or equivalent working experience.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in solution management and pre-sales Engagement
Sales Process and Service Delivery Process
Domain-Experience: Radio (RAN) and Transport/Transmission
Experience in working with large and multi-national customers
Solid focus on achieving results and operational excellence, having focus on collaboration
Organizational Change and Transformation skills
Portfolio expertise in area of responsibility
Ability to influence at an Executive/Senior Level
Should be able to speak both French and English
This role is open to be hired within Ericsson Madagascar or Tanzania.
